Operations Manager (Aquatic Centre)

An operations manager oversees all operations within a particular organisation - in this case an aquatic centre. Joe's job is to take take of all staff, make sure OH&S concerns are taken care of, contract necessary suppliers, deal with the local council who own the centre and generally make sure everyone is happy. It requires top of the line people skills, a keen eye for detail as well as the ability to focus on business strategy and direction.
